  1. An apartment building in Buckhead known as a landmark throughout Georgia has been sold to a real estate firm in Florida for $136 million. The building on Peachtree Road is well-known for its iconic population clock dating back to the 1960s. The building was previously known as The Darlington and back in the 1950s was one of the most affordable buildings in the area. (The Atlanta Journal Constitution)
  2. A man caught while attempting to break into a vehicle was found in Buckhead hiding behind a dumpster. Atlanta Police were patrolling when they saw a man attempting to break into a car. He made a run for it and police later found him in Buckhead and identified the man as 25-year-old Markel Wilson. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
  3. Progress continues on a new “high-quality rental” housing complex between Buckhead and Decatur. The project is called Bryn House and will have 337 apartments (one-four bedroom plans available) in a five-story building. It will likely be completed by spring 2023. (Urbanize Atlanta)
